What is the closest airport to Alpe di Siusi?​

The nearest airport to the Alpe di Siusi is Bolzano Airport, located in South Tyrol’s capital city. It is just 37 km away (approx. 50 minutes by car). ​
Although our 5-star hotel in the Dolomites is located within a protected natural area, as our guest you are permitted to drive directly to our private underground garage via Castelrotto. On your arrival and departure day, you are free to choose your travel time, while during your stay the general traffic regulations of Seiser Alm apply (only before 9:00 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.). ​
We are also happy to arrange a private taxi transfer for your journey. Alternatively, you can reserve a rental car through our partner Sixt.​

What can I do in Alpe di Siusi?​

The fascinating nature of Europe’s largest (and arguably most beautiful) high-altitude alpine meadow is perfect for long walks and hikes of all levels, e-bike tours through rolling alpine landscapes and deep green forests, as well as summit hikes and mountain bike tours at higher elevations. In winter, the area surrounding our lodge on the Alpe di Siusi is transformed into a sparkling white wonderland, inviting you to enjoy relaxing snowshoe and winter hikes or ski-in, ski-out access away from the busiest slopes, yet right in the heart of the Dolomiti Superski area.​

If you would like to explore the picturesque villages of Val Gardena, the nearby cable car takes you directly to the centre of Ortisei.​
