Shaping the future - with balance, efficiency and inspiration

Through cutting-edge technology, digital processes and efficient management, we create systems designed to respect the environment and make the most of natural resources.
In doing so, we align economic progress with a conscious and responsible way of operating – one that looks to the future with balance and vision.

Architecture & Design

The architecture of ADLER Alpe is inspired by Alpine building traditions and blends harmoniously into the landscape of the Alpe di Siusi.
Natural materials such as wood and stone define the interiors, creating a seamless connection between indoor spaces and the surrounding environment.

The building was constructed in accordance with the KlimaHaus Nature standard, a certification that takes a holistic approach by assessing energy efficiency, the responsible use of building materials, indoor comfort and environmental performance.
Generous floor-to-ceiling windows maximise natural daylight while framing spectacular views of the Dolomites, creating a living environment that is closely connected to the surrounding landscape.

Local

The cuisine at ADLER ALPE reflects the character of the Alpe di Siusi and South Tyrol. Many of the ingredients we use come from local producers with whom we have built long-standing relationships based on shared values of quality, craftsmanship and respect for the region.

Fresh bread is delivered daily by Oberprantacher Bakery in Siusi, using predominantly local grains. Eggs come from the Schlernhof cooperative, while raw milk cheeses are supplied by Hof zu Fall Farm Dairy. Carefully selected meats are sourced from Hannes Mair Butchery & Delicatessen in Terlano, complemented by mountain apple juices from Simmele Müller Hof and herbs grown at Pflegerhof, South Tyrol's first herb farm.

Short supply chains, seasonal ingredients and trusted local partnerships strengthen the regional economy while bringing the authentic flavours of South Tyrol to every table. For us, local sourcing is not simply about where products come from, but about the people and traditions behind them.

Mobility & digitalisation

The Alpe di Siusi is one of Europe's largest high-altitude areas with restricted traffic, offering the perfect setting to experience the mountains at a slower pace.

With the South Tyrol Guest Pass, shuttle service, electric vehicle charging stations and e-bikes, we encourage our guests to explore the region using lower-impact mobility options. Numerous hiking trails begin directly at ADLER ALPE, inviting guests to discover the landscape on foot and experience the Dolomites in a more authentic and mindful way.

Digital solutions also play an important role in reducing resource consumption. The QR Cube, together with digital communication and information systems, helps minimise paper use while providing guests with easy access to our services.
