Water Management

Water is one of the Alpe di Siusi's most valuable natural resources. That is why we adopt solutions that help us use it responsibly while continuously reducing consumption.

Rainwater is collected to irrigate the gardens, while water-saving fittings help reduce consumption in guest rooms and public areas without compromising comfort. Native plant species, naturally adapted to the Alpine climate, require only minimal additional irrigation.

In housekeeping and garden maintenance, we use only ecological cleaning and care products that comply with ADLER standards. Since 2024, complimentary microfiltered drinking water has also been available throughout the resort, helping to reduce packaging and unnecessary transport.

Energy Management

Using energy efficiently is an essential part of the way ADLER ALPE operates. The resort is supplied with 100% Green Energy and 100% Green Gas, while a combined heat and power plant and intelligent building management systems help optimise energy consumption.

Within the wellness area, heat recovery systems and other technical solutions contribute to greater energy efficiency while maintaining the high level of comfort our guests expect. Regular monitoring of consumption also helps us identify new opportunities for improvement.

Waste Management & Circular Thinking

Reducing waste begins long before materials reach the recycling bin. For this reason, we favour durable products, minimise unnecessary packaging and promote reusable solutions wherever possible.

Careful waste separation, refill systems and digital tools such as the QR Cube help reduce paper consumption and limit the use of single-use materials throughout the resort.

Biodiversity & Nature Conservation

The Alpe di Siusi is one of the Alps' richest cultural landscapes, where flower-filled meadows, larch forests and traditional pastures provide valuable habitats for a remarkable variety of plant and animal species.

We care for our outdoor spaces using native vegetation and environmentally conscious landscape management. At the same time, the many walking trails starting directly from ADLER ALPE encourage guests to discover the Dolomites with respect and appreciation, experiencing this remarkable landscape while helping to preserve its natural balance.
