Through ADLER for Planet, we implement a group-wide sustainability strategy that brings together environmental, social and economic responsibility.
Our Green Team coordinates projects, supports the implementation of new initiatives and works closely with every department to foster continuous improvement.

The annual EarthCheck certification helps us measure progress and identify new opportunities to further strengthen our sustainability performance.

Our close connection with the Alpe di Siusi is reflected not only in our choice of local products, but also in the relationships we have built with the people who help preserve this remarkable cultural landscape. Through ongoing dialogue with employees, guests, producers, artisans and regional partners, we exchange ideas, strengthen long-term collaborations and contribute together to a more responsible approach to tourism.

Preserving local traditions is equally important to us. Thus, we have been inviting our guests to discover the authentic culture of South Tyrol through a weekly programme of regional experiences, including traditional specialities such as Strauben, Kniekiechl, Krapfen and Kaiserschmarren, a cheese tasting featuring products from Hof zu Fall Farm Dairy, and live music performances by local musicians.

We also support initiatives that enhance community life on the Alpe di Siusi, including the Seiser Alm Half Marathon and the installation of public benches along selected hiking trails, creating welcoming places where both residents and visitors can pause and enjoy the surrounding landscape.
