Sustainability management & Strategy
ADLER DOLOMITI has been deeply rooted in Val Gardena for generations – and with the growth of the property, responsibility has grown as well.
As one of South Tyrol’s most traditional hotels, we see ourselves not only as hosts, but also as a long-term partner for the village and the valley.
We do not see sustainability as a fixed achievement, but as a continuous process. Especially as a historic property, responsible action means constantly improving existing structures and implementing measures where they can realistically make an impact.
With ADLER for Planet, we have created a shared framework that brings together our goals and measures and provides guidance across all areas of operation – from energy and resource management to social responsibility and regional cooperation.
A central component is the regular analysis of consumption data and operational processes. This allows us to identify optimisation potential early and implement targeted measures.
Clear internal standards, defined responsibilities and collaboration between departments ensure that improvements are not only planned, but also put into practice.
