Our homemade honey
Since he was a boy, Michael Hafner was fascinated by the world of honeybees. The passion for beekeeping was passed on to him by his grandfather from an early age. At the age of 11, he entrusted him with his first swarm of bees. Over the years, his passion intensified, and the number of colonies also increased. Today Michael breeds bee colonies in various valleys in South Tyrol, chosen according to altitude, climatic conditions and vegetation. Our bees live on 1250 meters above sea level. Michael placed them in the direction South/West under the trees, There they get enough sun and are protected from the summer heat at the same time. We are looking forward to our delicious ADLER honey.
