Immersed in whispering woods and invigorating mountain air, ADLER Lodge RITTEN is a place of power in its own right – the perfect hideaway to unplug and recharge. Unroll your mat and start the day with a sun salutation, or meditate your mind and soul back into a state of peaceful serenity. We organise multi-day retreats for those who wish to take their yoga practice a step further and return to their everyday life feeling refreshed and replenished.

In perfect balance throughout the day

The complimentary yoga sessions offered daily at ADLER Lodge RITTEN are held in the pleasant, airy atmosphere of the yoga pavilion overlooking the greenery. During the warm season, the floor-to-ceiling windows of the pavilion are kept open to let in the scent of conifers and meadow flowers. Our weekly programme includes stimulating flows, gentle yoga exercises and meditations aided by soothing sounds. Try them all!

Yoga and Pilates retreats

Sometimes you need to take a journey to reach deep within. Make time for the most important thing in your life – yourself! During our yoga and Pilates retreats, you will be introduced to different exercises and styles, focusing on a range of topics. Renowned yoga and Pilates instructors from Germany and other countries will be at your side, guiding you sensitively on this journey. Our retreats are open to both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Gym and fitness training

Our bright, spacious fitness hall is equipped with the latest Technogym machines for strength and endurance training. Gentle stretching exercises will help you bring your body back into balance. Our trainers are always on hand to offer personal advice and assistance.
