Sunday  
Welcome and introduction to the workshop, gathering to meet each other and share personal experiences  

Monday  
8.00 – 9.30 The basis of Mindful Yoga. We learn to listen to our body, awakening him up with breath and movement  
11.00 – 12.00 Quiet mindful walk with instructions  
15.00 – 16.30 Water inspired slow practice. We will practice at the gym first and the last half hour in the pool  

Tuesday  
8.00 – 9.30 Yoga practice based on the first area of the body, hips and legs. Peaceful warrior poses. Dynamic practice  
11.00 – 12.00 Our first steps to learn how to meditate, followed by Metta meditation, based on compassion  
15.00 – 16.30 Restorative Yoga practice. We learn how to relax our body and release tensions stored in our mind  

Wednesday  
8.00 – 9.30 Practice based on the second part of our body: the torso. Twists. Dynamic practice  
11.00 -12.00 Quiet and slow walking meditation  
15.00 – 16.30 Practice based on sitting poses: forward stretches and soft back bendings  

Thursday  
8.00 – 9.30 Practice based on the upper part of the body: arms and shoulders. Dynamic practice  
11.00 – 12.00 Mindfullness meditation. Inner listening.  

Friday  
8.00 – 9.30 Vinyasa Flow practice, with focus on balance, both physical and spiritual. Dynamic practice  
11.00- 12.00 Mindful quiet walk  
16.00 – 17.30 A peaceful and soft Yin Yoga practice  

Saturday  
8.00 – 9.00 Detoxifying flow, dynamic practice  
11.00 -12.00 Meditation. Finding our inner peace in the stillness  
16.00 – 17.30 Mindful Yoga, conscious movements and special focus on our breath, with various tecniques

Anna Lisa Tempestini
Anna Lisa is a yoga teacher with over 500 hours of experience.
Her practice has no labels, it adapts to the needs of the people in front of her.
She specialized at first in Ashtanga and then in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini, Mindful Yoga, Vanda Scaravelli, Aerial Yoga, Yoga in Water and Reiki Master.
