OB+M is a universal Mind+Body well-being method that combines techniques of Breathing and Mindfulness that aim to make you gain psychophysical balance. Acquiring correct and effective breathing is an extraordinary tool to know and shape one's own mind
Synthesis of the most refined meditation techniques, the OB+M method allows you to restore a deep connection with your life and to renew the solidity of your inner Balance through the reduction of stress and the increase in concentration and psycho-physical balance.
The program is developed in specific experiences harmonized with each other to learn and experience the effects of the method and at the same time be able to fully live the natural context in which you are located.
Breathing techniques, mindfulness, Yoga OBM with particular emphasis on breathing and specific experiences related to breathing will be the practices carried out during this week.
There will be the possibility of having a particular experience in heated water to find out how it is possible to hold the breath for a long time and without any effort. This method is in fact also used in freediving training and on this occasion, it will be possible to experience its effects on the management of one's body and mind through the fascinating and fun activity of static apnea.

Creator of the Of Breath and Mind approach, a method that combines breathing techniques and Mindfulness applicable in multiple fields, including agonistic sports, the professional/business sphere, specialized retreat centers, resorts and on trips.
Michele came across meditation at the age of 7 and has devoted many years to the study of contemplative disciplines particularly the practice of Vipassana meditation and later Pranayama yoga, and thanks to his training he teaches throughout Italy and abroad in centers such as the ILTK Buddhist Institute in Pomaia.
An instructor and trainer of Mindfulness - MBSR Programs and an instructor of Apnea (SSI), he characterizes his training programs and courses by synergistically combining breathing practices with those of Mindfulness to the teaching of immersion.
This particular approach leads him to forge collaborative relationships with Italian sports icons such as Riccardo Piatti and Gianluca Genoni.
