Your culinary journey starts in our main restaurant, where a lavish breakfast buffet featuring farmers’ specialities, homemade delicacies and fresh juices is set against a wonderful mountain backdrop.
For lunch, you can help yourself from a generous range of cold and warm dishes served in our airy lounge restaurant from 1 to 4 p.m. We also offer grilled specialities, traditional Kaiserschmarren and other South Tyrolean delicacies on our panoramic terrace several days a week.
The daily culinary journey reaches its culmination in the evening, with gourmet highlights served “under the stars” in our panoramic restaurant with open kitchen. Look forward to a 5-course indulgent dinner and a farm-to-table menu featuring exclusively ingredients from our immediate surroundings. Our kitchen team is at your disposal to cater for any dietary requirements, including food intolerances as well as vegan and vegetarian diets.
