Monika Kropfitsch is a Pilates and yoga teacher and facilitator in the field of Mindfulness.
She strongly believes in connection and loves to help the human being rediscover physical and emotional well-being, combining movement and meditation.
Her greatest aim is to help people rediscover their identity by getting in tune with their body and soul.

She thus decided to take a more conscious and spiritual approach, becoming certified in 2020 at the International Kula Collective Yoga School in Guatemala, recognised by the International Alliance.
Here Monika obtains a Shamanic training, with a "Bhakti Yoga" imprinting in the practice of Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Hatha Yoga and Tantric meditation, which combines movement, breath and sound to improve the flow of energy through our bodies.
