My professional background
I hold a PhD in medicine and surgery from La Sapienza University in Rome and specialised in plastic surgery at the University of Milan. My fields of specialism include preventive and aesthetic medicine, skin disorders and laser treatments. I further trained in classic homeopathy and complementary medicine. I authored several articles on the topic of “Healthy living”. I’m currently the director of the Centre for Aesthetic Medicine at ADLER Balance Resort in Ortisei.
My approach
As an aesthetic medicine expert, I’m not guided by preset social standards and beauty ideals. To me, real beauty must reflect the person as a whole, beyond their physical appearance. More often than not, what is technically considered an aesthetic flaw actually contributes to the expression of the patient’s personality, adding a special charm that makes them unique. This is why my work focuses on “beauty building” – preserving and enhancing the person’s natural beauty by rebalancing cell function and promoting cell renewal. My approach focuses on the patient’s wishes and expectations, and all treatments are preceded by a detailed consultation.
My fields of specialism
Non-invasive but effective face and body treatments, and laser treatments in particular, which I often combine with nutrition plans, homeopathy, and anti-ageing medicine.
