Saunas

Enjoy lasting purification in the Finnish red cedar sauna with enchanting views of the Dolomites. The scent of dried grasses in the alpine hut’s organic hay sauna offers deep relaxation and stimulates the metabolism. In the Kraxenofen sauna, named after the South Tyrolean backpack, the active properties of the alpine hay also help to ease tension, back problems and breathing difficulties.

Ladies area with rose bath

A special retreat awaits all ladies in the sauna world: the Lady Relax area. Bright colours, delicate rose fragrance and music have an effect that is deeply relaxing. In addition, the warm, humid atmosphere leaves skin velvety-soft.

In the flower steam bath in the rock grotto you can do your airways, skin and muscles some good. Sabina Valazza, the Val Gardena artist hand-painted the tiles in this extraordinary room.
