ADLER BALANCE Power Muesli
For a vibrant start to the day
Recipe for 4 servings Yogurt: 1 cup (250 g)
Spelt flakes or cracked spelt: approx. 75 g (soaked in 75 g water)
Walnuts: approx. 20 g, coarsely chopped (alternatively hazelnuts or almonds)
Apple: ½, freshly grated
Pear: ½, finely diced or grated
Berries: a small handful (e.g., blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries – freeze-dried if desired)
Cinnamon: approx. 1 tsp
Honey: 1 tbsp per serving – to taste
Preparation Soak the cracked spelt in water for several hours, ideally overnight, to make it more easily digestible.
The next morning, grate or finely chop the apple and pear.
Mix the fruit, yogurt, and soaked spelt in a bowl, then add the berries and nuts.
Season with cinnamon and honey to taste.
Stir well and enjoy immediately.
Smart Tip: Meal Prep
Prepare the base mixture – spelt, yogurt, cinnamon, honey, and nuts – in advance and store it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Just before eating, add freshly cut fruit and berries to keep everything crisp, aromatic, and extra delicious.
