Arrival

How do I reach the resort?
The resort is located in Ortisei (St. Ulrich), Val Gardena, and is easily accessible via the Brenner Motorway (A22).
  • From the north, take the Klausen/Chiusa exit
  • From the south, exit at Bolzano Nord
From there, follow the signs to Ortisei.

Check-in / Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM. Check-out should be completed by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.

Families

Is the resort family-friendly?
Yes, children are warmly welcomed at ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI and can look forward to fun activities and the chance to make new friends. If you prefer a more adults-only setting, we recommend the ADLER Spa Resort BALANCE, which is directly connected to DOLOMITI but features its own exclusive facilities—including a restaurant, reception, and garage—for guests aged 14 and over. The central spa area is shared between both resorts and accessible to all guests. Adults and children can relax together here, except in the new sauna area, which is reserved for guests aged 16 and above.

No, pets are not permitted at ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking

Is there parking at the resort?
Yes, complimentary guest parking is available at ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI. E-charging stations are located in the garage and are available for a fee.

Dining

What board options are available?
You can choose between bed & breakfast or half board. Our kitchen team creates daily culinary highlights, including seasonal menus, gourmet dinners, and themed evenings inspired by South Tyrolean traditions and Italian flair. We also offer vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. In addition, we are fully equipped to accommodate any dietary needs related to food intolerances or allergies.

Spa

What are the spa opening hours?
The spa is open daily from 8:30 am to 8:00 pm. We recommend booking your treatments ahead of arrival to ensure greater flexibility with appointment times.

Fitness

What are the gym opening times?
Our fitness centre, featuring the latest Technogym equipment, is open daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Skiing

Are ski lessons and ski pass services available?
Yes, ski passes can be purchased online and picked up conveniently at the hotel reception. We partner with the local Ski and Snowboard School of Ortisei. Every Sunday evening, a school representative is available at the resort to answer your questions. We highly recommend booking lessons in advance—especially for children. To make your day stress-free, our AKI Kids Club team will be happy to escort your child to their lesson and collect them afterwards. A ski room is also available for our guests, where ski equipment can be safely stored.

At ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI, you’ll find a diverse daily programme of outdoor and fitness activities. These include guided hikes year-round, ski tours, and
e-bike excursions led by professional guides. Guests also enjoy free access to e-bikes and hiking equipment from our ADLER Outdoor Point.
