The lake saunas (adults only)

Water meets heat. The mountains on the horizon blend into the luscious indoors. Seemingly floating on the water, and accessed via a wooden walkway, our lake sauna area is an island of relaxation in the middle of the ADLER park. Enjoy a healthy sweat in the biosauna and Finnish sauna, regenerate in the steam bath, and dream away in the hot whirlpool. A refreshing dip in the plunge pool and a relaxing break by the crackling fire round off the experience.

The AGUANA Sauna World (textile saunas)

AGUANA is our family-friendly sauna area. Head to the organic hay sauna and enjoy the scent of dried Alpine grass with its relaxing and metabolism-boosting effects, or try the traditional Kraxenofen hay sauna to relieve tension, back pain and respiratory complaints thanks to the active ingredients contained in Alpine hay. AGUANA also features a flower steam bath in a rock grotto, a small tarn with a hydrotherapy course, a ladies’ area with a rose bath, and an oriental rasul bath with fango treatments and herbal steam – the perfect choice for couples!

The salt cave with sauna and pond

Immerse yourself in atmospheric sounds and light effects as you enjoy the combined effects of heat, humidity and natural Himalayan salt in our salt stone sauna. Or bathe in the pond, where the Dead Sea salt helps to cleanse and regenerate the skin and airways. Our salt cave can also be booked for an exclusive private experience.
