The ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI has several places dedicated to relaxed culinary enjoyment: our restaurant with winter garden and lounge as well as the gourmet restaurant of the neighbouring ADLER Balance, where you are also welcome to dine. We also invite you to tastings in our wine cellar and the cocktail bar for a drink in a stylish atmosphere.

Regional, seasonal, natural

The use of fresh, top-quality products is part of the ADLER philosophy. As far as possible, we source ingredients from the surrounding area and most of the regional, seasonal foodstuff comes from organic farms. We also use products we grow ourselves, such as our olive oil or our AETOS wine from Tuscany.
