The historical ADLER Bar is the beating heart of our hotel. For decades, it has been our guests’ favourite place to meet for a chat, a cup of coffee or a fine glass of wine. Drop by at the bar in the afternoon for the cake buffet with homemade sweet treats, or at noon to recharge with light meals from the lunch menu. But it’s at night that our bar is at its most atmospheric, with the fireplace burning on the terrace creating the perfect ambience for a digestif or cocktail, sometimes with musical accompaniment.
