WYDA Retreat: Yoga of the Celts
WYDA - Back to elemental force.
FUNCTHENICS stands for well-being, body awareness and serenity.
During a yoga retreat Philipp Ohrwalder from FUNCTHENICS will introduce us to the yoga of the Celts. Known as WYDA, we will offer a theoretical introduction to Celtic philosophy as well as a practical advanced course and various Celtic rituals.
The offer includes 4 sessions & the determination of your dosha at our MED centre at the ADLER Balance:
- Monday, 2nd of October: introduction to WYDA & introduction to the exercises.
- Tuesday, 3rd of October: Practical WYDA.
- Wednesday, 4th of October: WYDA to release blockages.
- Thursday, 5th of October: Celtic incense ritual followed by a closing ceremony.
