We’ll start with a taxi ride to the Isarco Valley, well known for its wine and, in autumn, for the traditional Törggelen. We’ll hike through colorful landscapes until we reach a typical farmhouse, where you can enjoy local dishes, new wine, and roasted chestnuts in a warm and authentic setting. The excursion continues with a stop in Three-Churches, and for those who wish, a visit to the scenic Saubach Waterfalls near Barbiano.

We’ll leave the hotel by taxi early in the morning and take a short walk to a breathtaking panoramic spot at Passo Gardena. From there, we’ll watch the sun rise behind Corvara, painting the Dolomites in shades of pink and gold.

A peaceful and unforgettable moment in the heart of nature.

In the early afternoon we’ll set off on a guided e-bike tour through the stunning landscapes of the Alpe di Siusi. We'll stop at Laurin Hut for a relaxing aperitif with a spectacular view of the Sciliar. From there, we’ll enjoy the sunset and the warm evening light before returning to the hotel for dinner.
