On this special evening, our kitchen team works alongside individuals with disabilities or special needs — cooking, setting the tables, and welcoming guests — creating moments of genuine human connection marked by warmth, dignity, and joy.
As a Golden Donor of the FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano), we also contribute to the protection of Italy’s cultural and natural heritage. The FAI safeguards and promotes over 70 historic, artistic, and environmental sites throughout the country — a mission that mirrors our own commitment to preserving the beauty and authenticity of Sicily.
Additionally, we partner with Empethy, a platform that supports animal welfare across the island. Through adoptions, medical care, and sterilisation programmes, we help provide abandoned animals with safety, care, and new homes — often with the involvement of our guests.
