Movement & Mindfulness Retreat with Alissa Planker

This retreat offers a holistic program for body and mind that combines sequences of yoga, pilates, stretching, breathing exercises and meditation. Whether you are looking to relax, challenge yourself physically, gain new experiences or develop a deeper understanding of your body and mind.
This retreat offers you the opportunity to grow, develop and find stability.

In English and German only.

This carefully designed program includes a varied movement practice accompanied by meditative sequences. The Pilates classes strengthen your body and promote better posture. The yoga sequences deepen the connection between breath and movement, with the yin yoga in particular providing relaxation and loosening the fasciae. Stretching helps you to improve your general mobilization, not only in the classes, but also for your everyday life. Through various meditation and breathing techniques, we will explore new ways together to find inner peace, clarity and a deeper connection to ourselves.
Special highlights during the retreat include a cacao ceremony.

Highlights
Alissa Planker
My first experiences with yoga were 10 years ago, alone on my mat. Initially guided by false pride, I soon realized that it is not just about movement. The time I took for myself – through breathing, movement, and stillness – brought me greater well-being. Through my 200-hour training in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Yin Yoga, supplemented by
various meditation and breathing techniques, I gained deeper insights. In the last five years, I also taught Pilates, movement, and barre classes at various locations across
Europe
: in yoga and fitness studios, at festivals, in private sessions, and retreats. While my training provided me with an important theoretical foundation, it was particularly the practical teaching hours and the exchange with my students that shaped me.

In my yoga practice, I enjoy working with apparent contrasts like dynamism and stillness, arriving and moving on, strength and softness. These contradictions are reflected in both everyday life and on the mat, and they complement each other. I integrate them into physical and mental sequences to create space for new experiences and self-discovery. My goal is to create a place filled with lightness, where everyone feels comfortable, can escape the outside world for a moment, and find better access to themselves.

For me, yoga is a way to explore the world by understanding ourselves better.
