Mediterranean cuisine and Tuscan highlights

Select local products melded to create delicious Mediterranean dishes under the direction of our chef Gaetano Vaccaro. Our menu features many Tuscan specialities every day, such as the classic barbecued T-bone steak – Bistecca alla fiorentina – from Chianina beef. Mediterranean cuisine is not only exquisite, but also balanced, healthy and particularly easy to digest. We serve fine wines to accompany the delicious dishes, which you may also taste in the travertine wine cellar.

The quality of a gourmet dish begins with the selection of ingredients. So, our kitchen team understands the value of sourcing as many products from the surrounding area as possible. The majority of our regional food is also organically grown. Whether organic flour from the surrounding fields, home-grown olive oil, herbs from the garden or truffles, saffron and pecorino from the surrounding area, for the ADLER gourmet cuisine only top-quality ingredients are good enough.

A visit to our “Tenuta Sanoner” winery

Our young winery "Tenuta Sanoner" is nestled in the hills of Tuscany. A project very close to our hearts. This is where we produce first-class wines and fine olive oil according to the stringent requirements of organic farming. The Tenuta Sanoner is open for visits and tastings.
