Rediscover the freedom of movement and the well-being of the whole body with Functional Yoga and the advice of our instructor Anna Lisa.
In Functional Yoga the movements are fluid and the exercises help us to activate mobility in all parts of the body.
The exercises focus on the legs, back and upper part, and have an unblocking, liberating effect on the body and at the same time brings new energy, strength and vitality.
The Yoga program includes daily lessons of 1 hour and a half, one in the morning, more dynamic, and one in the afternoon with "Flow Slow" practices that include meditation and relaxation (on the day of departure there is only 1 lesson in the morning before check -out).
Important: the workshop has a maximum number of 6 participants.
