1. E-Bike Tour „The easiest one”The Val Gardena circuit links the three main villages of the valley, Ortisei, S. Cristina and Selva di Val Gardena. A varied tour, also ideal for beginners. From Ortisei you take the cycle path to S. Cristina and from there to Selva di Val Gardena and Vallunga, until you reach Langental, a horseshoe-shaped valley leading to the Puez mountain group. Here we recommend a short break to enjoy the magnificent panorama. The return journey takes you along the Luis Trenker Promenade, the route of the railway which served Val Gardena until 1960, to reach the ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI hotel in the centre of Ortisei.

Once we reach the church, we recommend taking a break to enjoy the spectacular view. We then continue towards Plesdinaz/Praplan, passing several farms. We follow the signs for S. Cristina and return along the Luis Trenker promenade until we reach the ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI.
