“When I was younger I sometimes accompanied my father Martin to work during school holidays. He has been working for Platter Gardening for more than 45 years and has been involved in the design of all the gardens at the ADLER Spa Resorts & Lodges. Once he even took me with him to Tuscany and I was able to see the construction of the spacious park of the ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE. Although I am a trained cooling technician, I completely inherited my passion for gardening from my father.
We live about five minutes on foot from the new ADLER Lodge RITTEN. I have known the Lodge since the ground-breaking ceremony. So it couldn't have been any other way than working here as a house technician".
Florian Messner has been part of our team for several weeks now. He knows the construction site inside out. Every corner of the main building, the suites and the 20 chalets generously spread across the property.
"A few days ago the last scaffolding was dismantled. Now the work concentrates on the interiors and on the design of the garden and natural pond. As a house technician I need to know everything about the electrics, the heating system, the pool and sauna system and so on. The latest technology and the well thought-out planning are very helpful. I like the fact that the goal of sustainable construction is pursued from front to back".
