From 18 May, the new relaxation area at ADLER Spa Resort DOLOMITI offers even more space for our guests to unwind in the wellness area. Whether in the inviting pavilion with a view of the Sassolungo or in one of the cosy relaxation bunks, the homely scent of larch wood surrounds you everywhere. A fireplace in the inner courtyard exudes a magical atmosphere. And a beautifully landscaped walkway leads directly into the garden and to the sauna area by the lake.
And there is more! A new terrace overlooking our green park awaits you, where you can enjoy a typical Tyrolean breakfast and a light lunch close to nature by sunny weather.
At ADLER Spa Resort THERMAE, on the other hand, it is the majority of the Superior double rooms that are undergoing a comprehensive restyling. Warm colours such as olive green, ochre and terracotta bring a piece of the Tuscan landscape into the living area. Natural textiles convey a feeling of cosiness. Every detail is geared towards a feeling of warmth and cosiness.
In addition to architectural quality improvements, you can also expect new, exciting offers.
In terms of cuisine, we are increasingly focusing on regionality and sustainability - in short, on a farm-to-table principle. As early as spring 2022, a pretty organic garden was planted at ADLER Lodge RITTEN. However, we had to wait a while for a bountiful harvest. But soon around 30 crunchy vegetables will delight the palate of our guests. Aromatic herbs and juicy berries will also be available. At ADLER Spa Resort SICILIA, on the other hand, it is citrus fruits and Mediterranean flavours that grow in the middle of the hotel complex and are processed into elegant dishes. Our Med and Spa offers are also continuously optimised and expanded. We are guided by new scientific findings as well as time-honoured traditions. At ADLER Spa Resort BALANCE in Ortisei, we are adding more health programmes with a focus on Chinese medicine, while in the innovative Cryo-Cab the spirits are reawakened. This new form of cold treatment comes from the field of regenerative medicine and is used to relieve pain, increase fitness, burn fat and rejuvenate.

New hotel-wide offers include the culinary event "Four-handed cooking - a dialogue in the kitchen", where two ADLER chefs work together to create unforgettable gourmet experiences for you.
