Together with his team, Zlatan will take care of you from morning to evening. He will make you start into the day with a creamy italian cappuccino. On the panoramic terrace he will surprise you with delicious aperitifs and cocktails. During our Gourmet dinner, he will make sure you get the wine recommendation, which suits best, with the culinary delights of our kitchen team.
I originally come from Croatia, but it has been several years that I live in South Tyrol. Many ADLER guests know me from the ADLER Dolomiti. There I was part of the service team for six years. I used to come to Renon a lot to practice my hobby, archery. I have always been enthusiastic about the beautiful landscape. Now I have moved here with my family and I am looking forward to the new challenge as a maître."
