Hannes Pignater, chef of the ADLER Lodge ALPE since the opening in 2014, has now decided to settle down on the sunny plateau of Renon and became the very first member of the new Lodge family.
Open to new ideas, but with great awareness of the culinary tradition of our mountain farming country at the same time. Hannes will - once more - set unique culinary accents.
His kitchen team is almost complete. After all, who does not want to cook with a world champion?

You start the day with a delicious “good-morning-experience”. Local and fresh specialties by local farms or homemade. At lunchtime and throughout the afternoon you will enjoy snacks and small dishes combined with the most beautiful view on our sunny terrace. And in the evening, you will be spoiled with culinary pleasures and fine wines in our spectacular panoramic restaurant "under the open sky".
