ADLER TRAINEESHIP
ADLER Team
An overview of our departments
The ADLER Traineeship programme is all about supporting and inspiring trainees wishing to pursue a career in the hotel industry. We offer the best and most complete training possible under the wings of the various division managers of our 5-star hotels.
ADLER Resorts & Lodges have developed a uniquely varied and intense curriculum that allows trainees to work at different locations and according to different concepts.
The traineeship course is clearly structured to ensure the highest level of training and provide the sound basis and motivation required to build a successful career.
The individual training units have defined deadlines, with clear, tangible milestones, so that trainees can easily keep track of their progress. We set the various goals together and review progress upon completion of each unit.

Programme overview
Training at various ADLER resorts (in South Tyrol, Tuscany and Sicily) with a focus on the specific strengths of each individual resort and its location.
Our hotels: diverse 5-star establishments with capacities ranging from 30 to 114 guestrooms.
A customisable modular training plan, allowing trainees to start at any time.
The duration and location of each unit can be customised for each trainee.
The training programme is planned in detail in consultation with both the trainee and our General Manager.
We offer regular working hours and a 5-day working week.
Graduation: after the trainee has completed the training programme and passed the final exam, ADLER Spa Resorts & Lodges will support them in planning their next career steps (either internally or externally).
Our training modules
Our goal is to meet the needs and expectations of our trainees in the best possible way. This is why we have a flexible trainee programme that can be adapted to meet individual interests and priorities. For example, if a trainee wishes to focus on food and beverage, they are afforded the opportunity to train in this department for longer by shortening the training in other areas accordingly.
