The ADLER training programme for apprentices
We aim to offer our young talents the most comprehensive and multifaceted professional training possible. Under the guidance of the chefs and maîtres at our 5-star establishments, apprentices find inspiration for their future careers as chefs or waiters. If desired, you can undertake your apprenticeship in more than one ADLER establishment so as to gain a well-rounded perspective of different F&B concepts and regional specialities. This will also provide you with the flexibility to work with different methods, processes and people, and at different locations. This rotation of settings and a clearly defined, well-structured plan guarantee first-class training, laying the foundation for a successful career in the field. The individual modules are time-limited and represent distinct, measurable milestones. Training objectives are defined together and reviewed at the end of each unit.
