ADLER Spa Academy

Our academy offers a comprehensive program with both in-house and visiting trainers.

ADLER Spa & Med is a first-rate specialist center with a team of over 130 experienced employees. The ADLER Spa Academy was created to train our staff to offer guests experiences of the highest standard, in line with our motto: Let your soul fly. Covering everything from our signature ADLER Treatments to other treatment methods, as well as the ADLER cosmetics with their properties and directions for use, the Academy’s training program is fine-tuned to meet the training needs of every staff member, providing them with solid consulting and sales skills.

ADLER Spa Academy courses are held three times a year and offer staff the chance to get to know our various resorts and spa departments.
Training is differentiated into a basic course and an advanced course, so as to foster every employee’s professional growth towards excellence by nurturing their skills and talent.

Advanced course for established employees

Our advanced course is a module-based training program that changes yearly to reflect the latest trends, our updated offer (new products, treatments and devices) and industry developments. Taking into account the suggestions of staff, the program also evolves continuously to include the latest in cosmetic technology and innovative approaches.
This course aims to foster both personal and professional growth through exchange with industry experts, personalised professional development, team-building activities and training on the latest market trends and innovations.

Basic course for onboarding employees

At ADLER, we believe in thorough training. This is why our basic course is completely free of charge and mandatory for all new employees, regardless of their level of experience. Even if your onboarding happens mid-season or you have already received some degree of in-house training, this course is essential for you to become fully integrated into our team. ADLER will provide complimentary board and accommodation, as well as reimburse your travel expenses. We want you to be able to focus entirely on making the most of your training. Besides training activities, the course also includes an attractive side package including dinners, access to our world-class spa and much more, for a memorably enjoyable experience.
