True passion is shared

The reason I feel so at home here at ADLER is because I have free rein to experiment and be creative. This keeps me motivated to continue trying out new ideas. The environment is great, too: I work in a modern kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, and the team are professional and well organised. Another perk is the good work-life balance that comes with the flexible working hours.

What I love most about my job is that I get to bring the guests closer to this heavenly place where I live. It makes me so happy to see our hiking groups grow from year to year, but what gives me even greater satisfaction is to see the same familiar faces again and again – every time, it feels like a reunion with friends. There are other things I enjoy about my job, of course: the fact that I can take the cable car to work and arrange the hiking programme very flexibly to meet the guests’ wishes.

ADLER is my second home. What sets this hotel apart from other 5-star resorts is the professional yet warm atmosphere, combined with an open, communicative team who work together like a well-oiled machine. Sure, every day brings a new challenge, but that’s precisely what we need to grow and develop, both personally and professionally.
