I have been working at ADLER for 22 years, and many people ask me how it is possible to stay with the same company for so long and always have a smile on my face. The answer is simple: I truly love my job and enjoy working with people. I’m passionate about the world of bartending and everything that comes with it. The reason I feel so at home here at ADLER is because I have free rein to experiment and be creative. This keeps me motivated to continue trying out new ideas. The environment is great, too: I work in a modern kitchen equipped with the latest appliances, and the team are professional and well organised. Another perk is the good work-life balance that comes with the flexible working hours.

What I love most about my job is that I get to bring the guests closer to this heavenly place where I live. It makes me so happy to see our hiking groups grow from year to year, but what gives me even greater satisfaction is to see the same familiar faces again and again – every time, it feels like a reunion with friends. There are other things I enjoy about my job, of course: the fact that I can take the cable car to work and arrange the hiking programme very flexibly to meet the guests’ wishes.

I have been working as a Beauty Therapist at ADLER Thermae since 2023. Working at ADLER means being part of an environment where wellness is delivered at the highest standards of excellence. It is a great source of satisfaction for me to work with highly effective treatments and advanced technologies, offering our guests not only visible results but also moments of genuine well-being and memorable experiences. Our Spa consists of a large, highly qualified team in which each professional contributes their own expertise and specializations. Working alongside such skilled colleagues every day is a valuable opportunity for my professional growth, thanks to the continuous exchange of knowledge, shared experiences, and the appreciation of different perspectives.

What I value most about ADLER is the combination of the highest quality standards, genuine hospitality, and a strong sense of teamwork. Working at the Front Office together with my team allows me to create special moments for our guests from the very first welcome and make them feel at home. What motivates me every day is the variety of my work, meeting guests from all over the world, and the responsibility I have. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is seeing my team members grow and developing together as one team. That is exactly what makes ADLER such a special place to work for me.
