Our historical hotel is located in the centre of Ortisei, which is Val Gardena’s main town and an internationally renowned holiday destination. We are in the heart of the Dolomites, whose peaks not only delight our guests, but have lots to offer you too. Opportunities range from walking trails, mountain climbs and bike itineraries in summer to ski slopes and cross-country trails in winter. Ortisei has its own set of attractions, including sports and leisure facilities, an attractive pedestrian zone and an excellent public transport network for easy access to the other villages in the area and the towns of Bolzano and Bressanone.

You can use the Seiseralm, Raschötz or Seceda lifts in the centre of Ortisei to climb up the local mountains and enjoy a wide choice of outdoor opportunities. If you would rather explore Ortisei, the pedestrian zone starts directly on our doorstep and offers plenty of entertainment options including shops, cafes, wine bars and restaurants, as well as a series of cultural events all year. Also situated there is the Mar Dolomite leisure centre, with indoor and outdoor pools and a sauna area (seasonal subscription available). Other leisure facilities include a sports centre with tennis courts, a climbing hall and a volleyball court. The Völser Weiher bathing lake in the nearby Sciliar area is the perfect place for a refreshing dip in the summer, while in winter it turns into a picturesque natural ice rink.
