The first impression that counts
The reception desk is the first point of contact for arriving guests – a hotel’s calling card, if you will. It is at reception that guests are welcomed on arrival, seen off on departure and assisted throughout their stay. Our reception staff are competent, well-informed professionals ready to provide answers and assist guests with any wish or request they may have. More importantly, they have the skill to remain calm, polite and objective in any situation, however turbulent. Fluency in written and spoken German, Italian and English is a prerequisite for this job, of course.
