Corporate Welfare Programme
Since 2022, ADLER has been supporting its employees with a corporate welfare programme. Each team member receives a credit on a service platform that can be used flexibly for personal well-being or that of their family. This benefit is reserved exclusively for our employees – whether to support personal health, assist children or elderly family members, or invest in one’s own home.
The covered areas are diverse: health (e.g. medical expenses), retirement provision (e.g. pension funds), leisure activities (e.g. travel), education and childcare (e.g. school meals), as well as care services, insurance and wellness offer.
Health insurance fund
In addition, ADLER is a member of a supplementary health insurance fund. Through a monthly contribution, all employees automatically become members and can receive full or partial reimbursement of medical expenses. This benefit highlights our commitment to the physical and mental well-being of our teams.
